Ms Harvey has more than thirty-five years of nursing experience with expertise in Neurosciences, Rehabilitation, Orthopedics, and General Surgery and over seven years of legal nurse consulting.
For the previous 7 years, she worked as a legal nurse consultant for Wilkes and McHugh, a law firm who is recognized as a leader in the field of nursing home abuse and neglect.
Her expertise spans several states including working with a multitude of attorneys Florida, California, Arkansas, Mississippi and Tennessee and assisting in the litigation of cases within these states as well as Texas, Alabama, and Kentucky
She is well-versed with the Resident Rights, OBRA regulations, several State Regulations, JCAHO, and CARF Rehabilitation standards.

Some Accomplishments in her Nursing Career:
As Nursing Quality Improvement Coordinator, she assisted an Acute Care Facility and Skilled Nursing Unit in obtaining the Highest Level of Accreditation from JCAHO.
As a Nurse Manager and Educator, she assisted in obtaining CARF accreditation for several rehabilitation programs.
As a Health Care Educator, she assisted in the Coordination of several health care conferences for all professional disciplines.
She developed several programs to teach adult and pediatric patients and families in the areas of orthopedics, general surgery, plastic surgery, spinal cord injury, head injury, and stroke.
As Nurse Manager of a Neurosciences Acute Care Unit, she developed the physical design and organized the opening of a new unit.
As a Rehabilitation Specialist, Ms. Harvey was appointed the position of Catastrophic Case Manager.
